The Instructional Leadership Programme (ILP) has partnered with the NAPD and DRUSTVO RAVNATELJ, an association of school leaders in Slovenia, to develop a programme to support principals and deputy principals as instructional leaders.
The programme Lasair, is supported through Léargas funding.
In May 2024, our Slovenian partners welcomed us for a site visit.

We held meetings with our Slovenian Partners by way of follow up to discuss the project. The aim of the project meetings were to discuss the delivery of the Pilot Programme to date, to address any queries our Slovenian partners may have regarding the delivery of the pilot programme and to provide a report on the delivery of the pilot programme in Ireland.
Excellent meetings and discussions were held regarding the project and the rollout of the pilot programme in both Slovenia and Ireland.
